DESCRIPTION
From the estate of American artist and graphic designer Nancy Fouts (1945-2019), comes this wonderful and very unusual piece of original art work entitled “Face in a frame” (2016). The face, made from latex foam with cast resin eyes is framed and glazed and was illustrated as #237 in the ‘Nancy Fouts’ (2018) monograph catalogue raisonné, with essay by James Putnam.
Comes complete with letter of provenance.

CONDITION
There is some minor marking, crazing and general wear on the frame which appears to be a vintage item (Nancy often used antique and vintage items in her art works). Please look very closely at the pictures as they form part of the description.
