DESCRIPTION
 
A beautifully hand carved sandstone sculpture of the Virgin Mary.  The globe in her hand representing the entire world and every individual soul.  Likely dating from the 18th century (possibly earlier) with later wooden base.
 
DIMENSIONS – H:  35cm including base
 
CONDITION
Overall, she is in good condition; there is one repair to the lower front.  Please look very closely at the pictures as they form part of the description.
