A fossilised ammonite – Perisphinctes; a predatory Jurassic mollusc around 150 million years old.  Presented on a bespoke ebonised hard wood display stand.

CONDITION
The fossil is a very good example; expertly exposed and polished to show its remarkable detail.  The stand is brand new - please look very closely at the pictures as they form part of the description.
