DESCRIPTION
Beautiful Art Deco gilt bronze trophy modelled as an angel with foundry mark ‘882K’.  Mounted on a tapered polished stone or marble base with a brass plaque engraved ‘YACHT MOTEUR CLUB DE FRANCE – PRIX DU MINISTRE DE LA MARINE 1923’.  Yacht moteur club de France was established in 1867 and later evolved into the international sailing federation.
